This program will build upon previous work to continue developing, supporting and enhancing the Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Surveillance System in the United States, to monitor the burden and trends of CKD and its risk factors over time, and monitor and evaluate trends in achieving Healthy People 2030 objectives.
