The Native Employment Works (NEW) grant enables eligible Indian tribes and Alaska Native organizations to administer programs that provide work activities and supportive services to enhance job readiness, job placement, and job retention for Native Americans. NEW funding supports recipients in serving their designated service populations through these work activities and supportive services.
