Program objective

The purpose of this program is to increase the availability and number of packaged effective pediatric weight management interventions (PWMI) that can be used by healthcare, community or public health organizations to serve low-income children and their caregivers

The reporting schedule will be based on the requirements listed in the Notice of Funding Opportunity Announcement. An Annual Progress Report and Federal Financial Report (SF425) are due 90 days after the end of the budget period. A final progress report and final Federal Financial Report are due 90 days after the end of the project period.
