Program objective

Through this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) ONC seeks to partner with innovative organizations that can look to the future and develop leading solutions and innovations to some of these vexing problems. As such this announcement is focused on two areas of interest: Area 1: Address health equity and social determinants of health through innovative, open-source technology tools, and electronic health records; and Area 2: Demonstrate the use of equity-enhancing patient-generated health data for clinical care and research.
