Program objective

To assist nonprofit, non-government, professional organizations, through a financial assistance award, in improving the Nation’s emergency preparedness, response and recovery posture to radiological and nuclear events and to encourage State and local government participation in informing domestic and international policies, regulations, contingency planning, training and capacity-building.
