Program objective

To provide services to children of Vietnam Veterans born with spina bifida (except for spina bifida occulta), children of Women Vietnam Veterans born with certain birth defects, and children of certain Korea and Thailand service Veterans born with Spina Bifida. Chapter 18 enables a qualified child to prepare for and attain suitable employment.
