Program objective

To support investigator-initiated research and education in all areas of computing, communications, and information science and engineering; advance the development and use of research cyberinfrastructure to enable and accelerate discovery and innovation across all science and engineering disciplines; and contribute to the education and training of future generations of researchers, practitioners, and users of computing, communications, and information science and engineering as well as research cyberinfrastructure.
