Additional objectives include having a demonstrated or potential ability to deliver programmatic results, optimizing economic activity and the number of jobs created or saved, achieving long-term public benefits from improved detention facilities, infrastructure, fostering energy independence.

These monies were obligated in the form of Self-Determination Awards. Approximately three (3) Self-Determination Awards were issued in FY20.
