To provide funds to Federally Recognized Indian Tribal Governments and to tribal organizations to fund some or all of the indirect costs incurred in administering Federal programs for which direct appropriations are made to the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

Indian Affairs issued 195 new awards and modifications to existing awards to 137 recipients.
Awards 81 grants to entities to complete the goals and objectives of the program.
This award funded 163 programs to provide domestic violence funds, welfare assistance, correction-adult detention programs, Job place and tribal adult education, road maintenance, law enforcement and others.
