Program objective

This is a non-discretionary award. To provide Congressionally mandated assistance to the Governors of the 50 States, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia to support construction and repair of their National Guard facilities such as training facilities, hangers, runways, and storage facilities for National Guard members and equipment.
