The Faculty Exchange Program is intended to improve the teaching and pedagogical capacities of targeted sectors (currently veterinary science and animal health) in targeted countries, with the objective of improving long-term scientific capacity and use of scientifically-based policy decisions in current and potential trading partners.

Twenty (20) fellows received training in teaching of veterinary medicine
In 2023, sixteen faculty of veterinary medicine from southeast Asia were trained in curriculum development, integration of research into coursework, pedagogical techniques related to veterinary medicine, and the latest trends in veterinary medicine.
